WHAT: This session will present an assortment of airway scenarios that we will tackle together.
We are excited to run another full-day airway simulation workshop. After all, airways are what we do best!! Our workshops are fun and low key, intended to reinforce best practice in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. While the course has an airway focus, it will touch on all aspects of anesthesia practice.
We are able to offer two spots to Anesthesia Assistants, at a reduced rate, to join us for the day, so your group may wish to consider sponsoring an AA to attend. If you are interested in enrolling one of your AAs, please enroll on the BCAS website.
It provides 8 hours of Royal College Section 3 credits worth 24 points and, for our FPA participants, 8 hours of CFPC Mainpro+ credits. It also satisfies the BC College’s emergency airway training requirement for anesthesiologists in a non-hospital setting.
